We also replace the full roof.  This includes replacing the Membrane, Battens and Roof Tiles. 

Roofs usually last about 25 years, if maintained. So it is worth considering a full new roof installation.

When installing a new roof we remove (from site) all the old roofing materials and replace with a new breathable roof membrane, new treated wooden battens and new roof tiles.

You, the client may have the choice of the type of roof tile and the colour.

1.  NEW Traditional felt roof.

A full new installation (replacement) of Traditional Felt is a popular choice.

The roof would be hard wearing using the modern roofing products.

Torch on felt can last much longer than sheet felt, and performs much better in the bad weather.

2. Rubber Cover Flat Roof.

We re-roof flat roofs with EPDM Rubber roofing product which gives a nice smooth surface/finish.

Can often be fitted using a single rubber sheet (No joints).

Hard wearing material with a very long life span.

3. New GRP Fibreglass Flat Roof.

Fibre-glass is the most expensive of the flat roofing material.

Longer lasting out of the flat roof materials.

Signs That It’s Time For A New Roof:

Look for Leaks.

Caused by missing or damaged roof tiles, and blocked gutters.(Tip) Never ignore roof leaks and find the root of the problem as soon as possible.

The condition of the roof tiles.

It’s not difficult to notice if a roof tile has seen better days.  Incomplete or cracked tiles or slates are normally a result of wind damage.

Light is visible through the roof?
If light is visible from the underside of the roof, it’s normally time for a roof inspection.  It’s crucial to identify and address the problem as soon as it appears. Perhaps small holes and leaks can be repaired.

Sagging roof?
A sagging roof could indicate serious structural problems and should be professionally inspected promptly.
